The Quantity Surveying Division provides services on most of the firm's architectural commisions and is available, even on small jobs, to provide preliminary cost estimates and checking of final accounts.

Major QS commissions are still performed on contracts with "outside" architects and for clients with their own "in-house" architects. This spread of work enables the QS team to enjoy and maintain experience on projects from as little as £50,000 to multi-million pound contracts.

The scope of work includes major refurbishment, new-build industrial and commercial, church restoration and new-build, educational, leisure and domestic work.
