The practice was founded in 1964 by Harry Blamphin as a Quantity Surveying Practice. Paul Blamphin joined the firm in 1995, founding the Architectural Division, augmenting the Project Management and Building Surveying services already being offered. Loss Assessment and Health and Safety Planning Supervision services are also provided.

Based in Belfast, commissions are located throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland.
