Paul Blamphin RIBA
leads the Architectural department, which now accounts for over
50% of the practice workload.
There is probably no such thing as a typical project coming into the
office. The common factor in all projects is the close working
relationship which develops between the client and ourselves.
The last six years have seen a steady progression in the scale
and value of commissions. We have broad experience in retail
and commercial projects and serve major retailing chains throughout
Ireland. Domestic, ecclesiastical and community-based commissions
are also undertaken.
Last year we completed several retail fitouts, a major new-build
cold store and distribution facility, several church refurbishments,
and the conservation of a prominent Art Déco office building.
In 2001 we have seen, amongst other projects, the completion of a church, a veterinary
pharmaceutical factory and a retail park, all new-build. |
